Making Sense of Suffering

Our April First Sunday Communion worship service was a blessing - as usual! We continue to get new visitors attending our services! The sermon was on the subject of suffering and making sense of the pains in life. This was the introduction sermon to a series on suffering. Using 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, we learned how invincible the Christian is because of our relationship with Jesus Christ! Yes, like Paul, in this world we will undergo suffering. However, as Paul makes clear, we may get knocked down but we are never knocked out! Why? Because we have victory in Jesus Christ!
